Derek specializes in answering print questions that start with “This might be a dumb question…” and end with “Wow, I didn’t know that was possible.” If there’s a complicated project, a weird request, or a problem no one else wants to touch, he’s usually the one who figures it out.

Outside of Brandywine, Derek enjoys jigsaw puzzles, video games, and bird hunting—basically anything that rewards patience, strategy, and focus. Those same skills show up at work, where he can solve almost any problem as long as it involves printed materials (and occasionally some coffee).
